Vinyasa Flow, Muladhara Yoga
Stacey from Muladhara yoga offers a welcoming, secure and approachable space for all bodies. Her classes provide a no pressure environment where you can feel comfortable and relaxed in your practice, giving you permission to fully relax and switch off from the outside world. In this one-hour session Stacey will take you through a vinyasa style yoga class, where she will guide you through multiple poses helping you stretch, moving with the breath leaving you feeling light & stress free.
